The Traulsen G31310, a relatively large unit, features three generous storage areas and is perfect for busy commercial kitchens. This unit is commonly used in commercial applications - from institution cafeterias to upscale restaurants - and features high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and microprocessor control with digital temperature readout. The self-closing doors help you avoid energy loss and temperature fluctuation that can spoil food, saving you money. In addition, this freezer is mounted on four 6-inch casters and includes epoxy-coated wire shelves (nine total) for maximum product storage.
The Traulsen G31310 Triple Solid Door Commercial Reach-In Freezer
The top-mounted, balanced refrigeration system of the Traulsen G31310 is self-contained, uses environmentally friendly, non-flammable R-448A refrigerant, and is conveniently located behind the one-piece louver assembly. The evaporator coil is located outside the food zone to provide more usable space. In addition, the front-facing condensor is easy-to-clean.
The design includes a water-resistant microprocessor control, which maintains close temperature tolerances. The 3-digit LED display can show either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
This freezer has stainless-steel front and doors and a durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum on the exterior sides and interior. It comes with three epoxy-coated shelves per door section mounted on popular, easy to adjust, Traulsen-style pin mounts (recommended load limit per shelf: 225 lbs). It's also equipped with self-closing doors that have a 120 degree stay-open feature for easy product loading. Cylinder locks are included.
This reach-in comes standard with 6" locking casters. The temperature range is 0 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit, but can be adjusted to operate as low as -10°F in a 90°F or less ambient. Certifications include cETLus and NSF, and this unit comes with 6-year parts and labor warranty, 7-year compressor.
