The Traulsen CLST-7220-SD-LRR is a 72" three-section compact prep table refrigerator with solid doors — the three-section solid-door reach-in configuration spanning the full 72" width. The Traulsen CLST-7220-SD-LRR is the three-section 72" solid-door compact prep table — the widest solid-door configuration in the CLST Series, providing three independently accessible interior sections with six total adjustable shelves alongside 20 top-rail ingredient positions across a full 72" prep station. The three-section format divides the 72" interior into three approximately 24" sections, each independently accessible and each with two adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves.
Three independently accessible sections at 72" is the configuration appropriate for a full prep team operation where different sections support different station functions. A left section for produce and dairy, a center section for proteins, and a right section for sauces and prep mise en place — each accessible independently, each with its own temperature zone unaffected by access to adjacent sections. At 72" with three sections, the unit can serve as the refrigeration backbone for a full station line without requiring multiple separate units or reach-in coolers.
The six total adjustable shelves across three sections provide significant total storage flexibility. Each 24" section with two adjustable shelves on pilasters handles a wide range of container heights and configurations — from shallow sheet pans stacked to full hotel pans standing upright. Adjustable pilasters allow shelf heights to be set section-by-section based on what's stored in each section, rather than locking all six shelves to the same height configuration.
Twenty included 1/6-size top-rail pans serve the 72" station prep surface. The forced-air chambered rail refrigeration maintains consistent temperature across all 20 positions at the full 72" span.
