The Traulsen CLST-7220-DW is a 72" six-drawer compact prep table refrigerator — the largest single-unit drawer configuration in the CLST Series. Six fully removable drawers span the 72" width, each holding one half-size and one 1/3-size 6" deep pan for organized six-zone below-rail storage. Twenty 1/6-size x 4" polycarbonate pans are included for the top rail; the rail accommodates 6" deep pans. R-290 refrigeration at 32–41°F, front-breathing for zero-clearance installation.
All six drawers feature stainless steel frames, liners, and exteriors; foamed-in-place recessed handles; magnetic snap-in gaskets; and tool-free removal. Stainless steel exterior and interior throughout. 12" deep full-length NSF cutting board included. The Traulsen CLST-7220-DW 72" six-drawer compact prep table is the full-length drawer prep table in the CLST Series — six independently accessible drawers across a 72" station, providing the highest drawer-count configuration available in the line. Six drawers across 72" create natural 12" work zones for each drawer position, supporting a three-cook prep station with two drawers per cook, or a two-cook station with three drawers each, depending on operational requirements.
Each of the six drawers holds one half-size and one 1/3-size 6" deep pan — the same configuration as the 48" four-drawer model. Six of these drawer combinations across 72" provides substantial total below-rail storage: six half-size and six 1/3-size deep pans worth of organized refrigerated storage, each in its own independently accessible drawer. No drawer needs to be opened to access another — all six operate completely independently, allowing all station cooks to access their storage simultaneously without interference.
Twenty included 1/6-size pans in the top rail provide the most top-rail positions of any compact CLST model. The 72" rail is served by the same forced-air chambered rail refrigeration system that maintains consistent 32–41°F across the full rail span — consistent temperature from the leftmost pan position to the rightmost, not just in the zones near the refrigeration unit. The 12" deep full-length NSF cutting board spans the entire 72" for a full-width work surface.
Six casters (rather than four) support the 72" unit's length, providing appropriate rolling support across the full footprint. All casters are braked and factory-installed. The six-drawer unit scales the stainless steel construction, foamed-in-place handles, magnetic snap-in gaskets, and tool-free removal of the smaller drawer models to all six positions.
