This compact prep table is a good choice for any kitchen. The LED display control provides easy monitoring and ensures accuracy, and can show either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
The rear-mounted, self-contained, balanced refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly, non-flammable R-450A refrigerant. It features an easy to clean rear facing condenser, capillary tube metering device, and an air-cooled hermetic compressor. Standard operating temperature is 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
The full-length removable cutting board is made of NSF-approved polyethylene. It's 12"D and 3/4" thick.
The cabinet and doors on this unit are insulated with high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane, and the doors are equipped with a gasket-protecting retainer.
