The Traulsen CLST-6016-SD-LR is a 60" two-section compact prep table refrigerator with solid doors hinged left and right — a wide-format reach-in prep table providing 16 top-rail positions and four adjustable interior shelves across two independently accessible sections. Sixteen 1/6-size x 4" polycarbonate pans included; rail rated for 6" deep pans. Each section has two epoxy-coated wire shelves on pilasters. R-290 refrigeration at 32–41°F, front-breathing for zero-clearance installation.
Both doors self-closing with stay-open feature, field-reversible, magnetic snap-in gaskets. Stainless steel interior and exterior. 12" deep full-length NSF cutting board included. The Traulsen CLST-6016-SD-LR is the 60" solid-door compact prep table — the reach-in version of the 60" CLST format, providing full-height interior shelf storage across two sections alongside 16 top-rail ingredient positions. At 60" with two sections, this unit is suited for extended prep station applications where the depth and variety of interior storage is as important as rail ingredient access — catering prep kitchens, banquet commissaries, and high-volume restaurant prep stations that store large containers, full hotel pans, and bulk ingredients below rail level.
Four adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves across two sections provide the interior organization flexibility to accommodate different container heights, stacked sheet pans, and varying storage configurations as prep requirements change between service periods. Each section operates independently — opening the left door doesn't affect the right section's temperature, and vice versa. For a 60" prep station supporting a full prep team, two independently accessible sections reduce the wait and temperature compromise that a single-door 60" unit would create.
Sixteen included 1/6-size pans in the top rail provide a full assortment of refrigerated ingredients at immediate reach. The forced-air chambered rail refrigeration maintains consistent temperature across all 16 positions — no warm spots at the far ends of a 60" rail. The 12" deep full-length NSF cutting board provides a full-width work surface above the unit for prep tasks.
Both doors are self-closing with stay-open feature — at 60" with four shelves that may be accessed two-handed, the stay-open feature is especially practical for restocking operations. Field-reversible hinges on both doors. Magnetic snap-in gaskets seal both sections and replace without tools.
