Beer Tap Shank

It comes as no surprise that beer shanks need to be corrosion-resistant so as not to compromise the taste of your beer and to ensure the smooth operation of your draft system. And because beer is naturally acidic and can promote corrosion, your beer faucet shank should understandably be made of a non-corrosive material.

• A beer faucet shank with 3/16 inch bore
• Includes coupling nut, sleeve snap ring, forged brass lock nut, and black plastic flange.

Installation Notes

1. The thread-to-thread measurement is 7/8”.
2. We recommend a 15/16” bit/hole for a perfect, airtight fit.
3. If you are installing a longer shank (10” or more) a 1” hole may help with feeding the shank through the wall. We caution against this as it will result in a looser fit that may be undesirable.
