The Globe G10 is a medium duty 10" manual slicer for delis, sandwich shops, and kitchens that slice meat, cheese, and produce all day. A 1/3 HP motor drives the 10" hard chromed special alloy knife, which is hollow ground to hold an edge longer and sharpen more easily.

The extended end weight has gripping teeth on its underside and pyramid-shaped teeth on top, so taller roasts and blocks of cheese stay put through the slice. A ball bearing chute slide keeps the carriage moving smoothly, and the sharpener is mounted right on top of the machine.
Motor overload protection with manual reset guards the motor, while the knife cover interlock and attached knife ring guard add operator protection. The chute, slice deflector, knife cover, and sharpener all remove for cleaning, and sealed splash zones protect the electronics.
This slicer fits delis, grocery counters, and restaurants that want a dependable 10" slicer for daily meat and cheese prep. It runs on 115V with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
