This professional meat slicer is a smaller economy model, ideal for operations with lighter slicing requirements such as convenience stores and smaller foodservice operations (estimated daily usage of less than 3 hours). The compact, space-saving design makes it the perfect choice for establishments where counter space is incredibly valuable.
It's also easy-to-clean, disassembling quickly without requiring any tools and the ring guard design provides more room behind the knife for better access. The combination of stainless steel and sanitary anodized aluminum is simple to wipe down.
Accommodates meat products up to 7-1/2" wide by 6" high or with up to a 6" diameter, and cuts to a thickness of 9/16". Precision system allows for precise thickness control so you can easily make fine adjustments, giving you excellent control over the thickness of your meat or cheese slices.
The 30° table makes product feed easier, creating more consistent and uniform slices with less waste. This unit can handle oversize meats, cheeses, and a variety of other products.
