It's also easy-to-clean, disassembling quickly without requiring any tools and the ring guard design provides more room behind the knife for better access. The combination of stainless steel and sanitary anodized aluminum is simple to wipe down.
Accommodates meat products up to 10-3/4" wide by 7-5/8" high or with up to a 7-3/8" diameter, and cuts to a thickness of 9/16". Precision system allows for precise thickness control so you can easily make fine adjustments, giving you excellent control over the thickness of your meat or cheese slices.
The 45° table makes product feed easier, creating more consistent and uniform slices with less waste. This unit can handle oversize meats, cheeses, and a variety of other products.
