This APW Wyott gas hot plate puts four open burners and 88,000 total BTU on a 24" wide countertop unit, giving busy kitchens the burner space of a small range without the floor footprint. A one-piece, heavy-duty cast iron grate covers the cooking surface and supports everything from large stock pots to small saute pans.
