This APW Wyott gas hot plate gives your kitchen two open burners in a compact 12" wide countertop footprint, with a combined 43,000 BTU for boiling, simmering, and sauteing. A one-piece, heavy-duty cast iron grate spans the full cooking surface, so large stock pots and small saute pans both sit securely over the flame.
