This Eagle Red Hots Chef's Line 2-burner gas hot plate uses a step up design, with the rear burners raised above the front burners so cooks can reach every pot easily and see what is cooking in back. The heavy-duty stainless steel top and front with aluminized steel sides are built for everyday commercial use.
