This Star Mfg gas hot plate gives your kitchen four heavy-duty cast iron burners at 22,000 BTU each on a 24-3/16" wide countertop unit. A welded 16 gauge aluminized steel frame and stainless steel body are built to handle the heat and daily wear of commercial cooking.
