At the heart of this cooler are four individual 50-foot stainless steel coils. These coils are submerged in ice inside the cooler and work by rapidly chilling the beverage as it travels through them. Each coil connects to its own dedicated faucet, allowing you to dispense up to four different products at once. Rapids also recommends using an FDA-approved flush-out hose to clean and sanitize the unit after use, helping ensure fresh, great-tasting beer for every pour.
