The Wells HDHP1230G is a 12" wide, heavy-duty natural gas hot plate with 2 cast iron burners at 26,500 BTU each, for a total of 53,000 BTU. Cast iron top grates and burners provide high heat, even temperatures, and quick recovery for demanding commercial cooking.

Each burner has its own adjustable heat control and On/Off valve, plus an adjustable air shutter that lets you fine-tune the flame for clean, efficient combustion. The heavy cast iron burners and grates hold up to high temperatures and daily use.
The stainless steel front and sides clean up easily, and the front panel removes for simple maintenance access. A removable drip pan catches spills before they reach the counter, and 4" steel legs raise the unit for stability and cleaning underneath.
