The cast iron burners lift out easily for cleaning and provide strong flame characteristics, from a high maximum heat for boiling to a gentle low heat for simmering. Each burner has operator-adjustable infinite heat control and an air shutter to optimize combustion.
Stainless steel on the front and sides keeps the unit easy to wipe down, and the removable front panel and full-width drip pan simplify daily cleaning and maintenance.
