The Vollrath 3/16" shredding plate is an additional attachment plate for the Vollrath 40785 vegetable slicer head (sold separately), adding a finer 3/16" (5mm) shred size to complement the plates included with the slicer head set. Connects to all Vollrath floor and bench mixers through the front hub attachment system.
For operations requiring multiple shred sizes — different cheese preparations, varied ingredient textures for different menu applications — this additional plate expands the slicer head's versatility without purchasing a complete second attachment set. Must be ordered separately.
