The Vollrath Mirage 1400W drop-in induction range brings the Mirage Pro's 100-level precision to a flush counter installation — the cooking surface sits at counter level, the vertical control panel mounts separately via the 59" control cord, and the result is a completely clean cooking station with no appliance footprint above the work surface.

The Vollrath Mirage standard drop-in induction range brings the 1,400W induction cooking capability and 100-level precision of the Mirage Pro countertop range to a drop-in installation format — flush-mounted into a counter cutout for a clean, integrated appearance at cooking stations, demonstration kitchens, and commercial food service counters where a countertop appliance footprint is undesirable.
The drop-in format creates a fundamentally different installation experience than a countertop range. The cooking surface is flush with the surrounding counter, creating a continuous work surface that the cook can slide pans across without lifting over the edge of a countertop appliance. The vertical control panel mounts separately from the cooking position — connected via the 59" control cord, it can be positioned at any point within reach that maintains ergonomic access to controls without occupying counter space adjacent to the cooking surface.
