This dipping cabinet will simplify your ice cream sales - the curved glass front and top not only showcases your ice cream selection and encourages impulse sales, but also makes access for scooping easy!
When you choose the Turbo Air cabinet, you won't have to worry about ice cream melting on the top level prior to scooping. The Cold Wall System technology locks in temperature from top to bottom, eliminating fluctuations in the cabinet.
The PE-coated removable magnetic frost shields allow for fast and easy removal of accumulated frost on the inside walls, improving performance.
This unit includes a manual defrost, a standard plastic night cover for the case opening, and a five-years-cleaning-free condenser! The condenser has 1/5" pin gaps and an electro-disposition coating that helps it to stay clean and prevents tarnishing.
