The True TSSU-48-12D-4-HC is a 48" wide refrigerated sandwich prep table with a four drawer refrigerator base. The countertop prep area food rail includes 12 1/6 size food pans and is covered with a stainless steel foam insulated lid that removes for cleaning The built in cutting board removes for cleaning. The 48" wide True TSSU-48-12D-4-HC is Sandwich/Salad Prep Table with a Four Drawer Refrigerator Base. The refrigerated prep table includes twelve 1/6 size pans for it's coountertop prep wells. The refrigerated base drawers are stainless steel to reisit corrosion, and each of the four refrigerated drawers will fit a full size pan.

- Guided airflow system is directed at pans to ensure colder pan temperatures.

- Removable high density polyethylene cutting board is 11-3/4"D x 48-3/8"W to provide maximum workspace.
- Uses Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant which has a Global Warming Potential of only 3!
