The refrigerated pan rail comes with twelve 1/6 size pans and three 1/9 size pans that are 4 inches deep. Inside the refrigerator cabinet are four heavy duty adjustable shelves.

Guided airflow system is directed at pans to ensure colder pan temperatures.
Circular airflow throughout cabinet maintains uniform temperatures. Holds 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Removable high density polyethylene cutting board is 11-3/4"D x 48-3/8" W to provide maximum workspace.
Twelve 4"D 1/6 size and Three 1/9 size clear polycarbonate inset pans included (dishwasher safe). Door models can accommodate 6" or 8" extra-deep inset pans.
5"Casters and 7' cord included.
Uses Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant which has a Global Warming Potential of only 3!
