True Commercial Glass Chiller
This commercial chiller is designed with the highest quality materials and an oversized refrigeration system to ensure colder product temperatures and years of trouble free service. The exterior front and sides are a heavy duty, wear resistant laminated black vinyl. The back is a matching black aluminum. The countertops and lids are made of all stainless steel. The interior is made of a heavy duty, long lasting galvanized steel. The insulation used in the entire cabinet structure is Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential and zero ozone depletion potential. True glass chillers are manufactured in the U.S.A.
Refrigeration System of the True Glass Chiller
The factory engineered, self contained, capillary tube system uses an environment friendly R290 refrigerant. The extra large evaporator coil balances with the high horsepower compressor and large condenser. The refrigerator will maintain temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit and below. The evaporator is epoxy coated to eliminate the potential of corrosion. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give True glass chillers an efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design that ensures fast chilling of glasses and plates. The condensing unit is behind the front grill which slides out for easy maintenance.
