The Hoshizaki VF2A-FS Valiance Series two-section reach-in freezer offers reliable, energy-efficient performance for commercial kitchens requiring high-capacity frozen storage. With a spacious 42.45 cu. ft. interior, this freezer is designed to accommodate full-size tray pans and heavy-duty use in demanding foodservice environments.
This model features rear-ducted air-flow, ensuring consistent and even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet to help preserve food quality and reduce temperature fluctuations. The unit is equipped with six adjustable epoxy-coated shelves—three per section—that can support up to 180 lbs. each, making it easy to organize a variety of frozen products.
Durability is built in with a stainless steel exterior and interior floor, complemented by aluminum interior sides, rear, and top. The full-height solid stainless doors include built-in locks for security and stay-open functionality for convenient loading. Doors are field-reversible, allowing flexibility during installation without the need for additional kits.
Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation (2 5/16” thick) ensures excellent thermal efficiency, helping to reduce energy costs.
