The Hoshizaki VSR27A-8 Valiance Sandwich Top Prep Refrigerator is a compact, efficient solution for prepping sandwiches, salads, and other cold menu items. This 27" one-section unit provides 6.33 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage and holds up to eight 1/6-size, 4" deep polycarbonate pans, included standard.
Designed to perform in hot environments, it maintains NSF-7 compliant temperatures in up to 100°F ambient conditions and features an energy-efficient, front-breathing R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system. The stay-open door is field reversible without a kit, and the prep-guard helps prevent food debris from falling into the cabinet.
Additional features include auto-defrost, a heated condensate system, a heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelf adjustable in 1/2" increments, and 4" casters for mobility.

The stainless steel exterior and interior floor ensure durability and easy sanitation, while the aluminum sides, rear, and top offer a lightweight yet sturdy design. Inside, a heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelf provides 105 lbs. of storage capacity and is adjustable in 1/2-inch increments on anodized aluminum supports for flexible organization of prepped items and backups.
The self-closing, spring-assisted door features a stay-open mechanism to aid in loading and unloading, and it's field reversible without the need for a kit. Four 4" stem casters (two with brakes) allow for easy mobility during cleaning or reconfiguration of your kitchen layout.
This unit uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features time-initiated automatic defrost and energy-efficient heated condensate removal.
