This Beverage Air one section SPE27HC uses an efficient and effective airflow system that ensures product in open containers stays below 41 degrees Fahrenheit and above freezing. Standard temperature range is between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
It has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration that uses environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

Designed with a new and improved refrigeration system for added capacity and efficiency, which ensures pan and product temperatures are maintained for extended periods of time during intense conditions. This sandwich prep table gives you unprecedented flexibility, cost-savings and performance.Â
To make prep simple, this unit comes with a removable 10" wide cutting board made of easy-to-clean polyethylene plastic. It can hold up to eight 6" deep pans - six 1/6 4" deep and two 1/9 4" deep polycarbonate pans are included.
