It has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration that uses environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

Designed with a new and improved refrigeration system for added capacity and efficiency, which ensures pan and product temperatures are maintained for extended periods of time during intense conditions. This sandwich prep table gives you unprecedented flexibility, cost-savings and performance.Â
To make prep simple, this unit comes with a removable 10" wide cutting board made of easy-to-clean polyethylene plastic. It can hold up to (24) 1/6 size 6" deep pans - twenty-four 1/6 size 4" deep polycarbonate pans are included.
