Hobart LXNH-2 Advansys Energy Recovering Undercounter Dishwasher
This Hobart commercial dishwasher is equipped with a condenser coil that allows for the recovery of condensation from the vapors in the chamber at the end of each cycle. This process preheats the water for the next rinse cycle from the inlet water temperature of 55 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The Sense-A-Temp booster heater helps aid in this process. Three custom cycle selections available: light, normal, and heavy (pot and pan cycle on heavy cycle). This professional dishwasher uses only 5/8 of a gallon of water per rack and can wash a normal load of 24 racks per hour.
