This Hobart commercial dishwasher works efficiently with a door-actuated start and an automatic-fill feature. The design includes two-stage filtration, a pillarless opening, and a 5-sided insulated hood. While this unit comes as a three phase standard, it is field-convertible to a single phase.
This unit has Wi-Fi connectivity - connect it to the app and get instant access to machine status, temperature logs, error code reporting, and cost/consumption/usage analysis.
