- Drain your oil. Then filter it.
- Fill the fryer pot with water, stopping just below the “full” mark
- Place the correct number of Fryer Puck tablets in the water (see the box).
- Heat water to boiling, at 220°F— no hotter.
- Boil for 15 minutes.
- Lastly, drain and neutralize the inside of the fryer with a vinegar and water solution!
