This commercial stainless steel electric countertop fryer can cook up to 15 lbs of food per hour. The single tank in this fryer has a 6 liter, or 13 lbs fat capacity. Graduation markings inside the tank help you determine the proper oil level. Another convenient feature of the tank is drop handles which makes removing the tank for cleaning very easy. The temperature control switch on this small restaurant fryer allows you to adjust from 120F-375F degrees. For safety, an overheat sensor is included. This sensor will shut off power to the fryer if the oil reaches 465F degrees. Included is a fry basket with collapsible heat proof handle, and a grate to protect the heating coils - both made from nickel plated wire mesh. Finally, a stainless steel cover for the fryer is included so you can keep out dust and debris when the fryer is not in use.
