Specifically built for use with Cambro’s Basics Plus Series shelving, this kit converts your 21" deep shelves into highly functional vertical storage, eliminating the need to stack food pans or boxes directly on top of one another. Instead of wasting time lifting and shifting containers to find what you need, this rack system creates a drawer-style organization system, allowing kitchen staff to quickly and easily access ingredients or prepped items without disrupting surrounding storage.

The starter kit includes two rust-free rail panels, eight panel bracket sets, eight traverse brackets, and eight thumbscrews—everything needed for a secure installation on an existing Basics Plus Camshelving unit. These durable rails and panels are engineered to hold a variety of common commercial kitchen storage containers. Each panel supports up to 120 pounds, and each individual rail can hold up to 30 pounds. This strength allows the rack to accommodate a broad range of foodservice containers and pans commonly used in back-of-house environments.

Versatility is key with this unit. The rail spacing is fixed at 2 inches, which allows operators to insert and remove containers with ease.
