It easily integrates with the existing starter kit to create drawer-style compartments that hold food pans, sheet pans, dough boxes, and other essentials. Rust-free, heat-resistant construction stands up to demanding kitchen environments. Each rail supports up to 30 lbs, while the panel holds up to 120 lbs. Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, this add-on helps maximize space and organization in any commercial kitchen.

This modular add-on includes one durable rail panel and all the necessary brackets and hardware to integrate seamlessly with your starter rack—giving you the flexibility to customize your shelving setup to meet the changing demands of your commercial kitchen.

With the same dependable construction as the starter kit, this add-on rack features seven evenly spaced rails (2" apart) to hold a variety of storage containers, such as food pans, dough boxes, and sheet pans. Whether you're organizing ingredients for prep, storing baked goods, or holding dough trays for proofing, the rack functions like a drawer system—offering faster, safer access and improving workflow efficiency.

Constructed from rust-free, high-performance materials, the rail panel is safe for use in temperature ranges from -40˚F to 350˚F (-40˚C to 177˚C), making it ideal for both refrigerated and ambient environments. Each rail supports up to 30 pounds, while the entire panel holds up to 120 pounds—giving you a strong and stable structure for a wide range of applications.

When used with a second panel, this system can accommodate up to four full-size 2" or 4" deep pans with lids, two 3" or 6" deep half-size food boxes with lids, four 3" deep half-size boxes without lids, seven 18" x 26" sheet pans, or four 3" deep pizza dough boxes. The brushed graphite finish provides a clean, professional appearance, and the entire unit is NSF listed for food safety. Cleanup is quick and easy—just wipe down or run through a commercial dishwasher.
