Efficiently slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables with this PPSL-12HD, 12" , heavy duty slicer from Atosa. Made in Italy, the 12 inch Rasspe® blade and top-mounted sharpener will last longer and sharpen easier than other options. This heavy duty unit's more powerful 1/2 HP motor gives you the capability to slice cheese while the index knob lets you precisely slice between 0 and 9/16 inches. The PPSL-12HD also features overload protection, a permanent ring guard, removable deflectors, and voltage release protection to ensure the safety of your workers.
