Efficiently store refrigerated foods under their corresponding cooking unit with this 48" chef base from Atosa. If paired with a char broiler or countertop fryer on the cabinet top, this well insulated unit ensures its stored food is kept between 34-40°F, using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. This unit's reinforced stainless steel top supports most countertop equipment, and its stainless steel interior contains a 7.7 cubic ft volume. The two gravity-fed self closing drawers have recessed handles and a digital temperature control lets you set the unit to your desired temperature. Includes (4) 5" casters, (4) 12x20" pans, and (6) 1/6 pans.
