Efficiently store refrigerated foods under their corresponding cooking unit with this 72" chef base from Atosa. If paired with a char broiler or countertop fryer on the cabinet top, this well insulated unit ensures its stored food is kept between 34-40°F, using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. This unit's reinforced stainless steel top supports most countertop equipment, and its stainless steel interior contains a 12.1 cubic ft volume. The two gravity-fed self closing drawers have recessed handles and a digital temperature control lets you set the unit to your desired temperature. Includes (4) 5" casters and (8) 12x20" pans.
