The APW Wyott W-3Vi countertop warmer is built for holding pre-cooked foods at NSF-safe serving temperature, ready for a buffet line or holding station.
Product Features

The serpentine heating element design spreads heat evenly across the pan rather than concentrating it in hot spots, which helps keep held food at a consistent, safe temperature throughout service.
The 1-inch insulation does double duty, holding heat in the product while keeping the countertop underneath from getting hot enough to damage a surface or become uncomfortable to work near.
