The APW Wyott CW-3Ai countertop cooker and server is built for rethermalizing refrigerated or frozen pre-cooked products, holding food at safe serving temperature once it's brought back up to heat.
Product Features

The serpentine heating element design spreads heat evenly across the pan rather than concentrating it in hot spots, which helps keep rethermalized food at a consistent, safe temperature throughout service.
The 1-inch insulation does double duty, holding heat in the product while keeping the countertop underneath from getting hot enough to damage a surface or become uncomfortable to work near.
This warmer is a good fit for any buffet line or holding station that needs to bring refrigerated or frozen pre-cooked food back to safe serving temperature.
