Heavy-Duty Griddle from Vulcan
The stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, along with the fully-welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame, ensure this griddle can handle the demands of a commercial environment. The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate is perfect for conducting heat, and the 4" back and side splashes stop grease from getting on nearby surfaces.
Additionally, the front ledge has “Cool Bullnose” design, meaning it doesn't absorb heat and you can balance plates and containers on it for easy food transfer. This makes it even more useful in environments where extra counterspace is sparse.
This griddle design includes one embedded snap action thermostat per burner with a temperature range of 200°F to 550°F. Each comes with its own heavy-duty chromed thermostat knob guard.

- Spatula wide 3-1⁄2" grease gutter and grease chute is fully welded for easier cleaning and to stop grease migration
