The Vulcan 60SS-10B Endurance 60" 10-Burner Gas Range is engineered for demanding commercial kitchens that require maximum cooking capacity and durability. A fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame is combined with stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf to withstand daily use while simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

Ten open top burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr, provide powerful and consistent heat for simultaneous cooking tasks. Lift-off burner heads and heavy-duty cast iron grates support large cookware and make routine cleaning easier.

This range features two baker’s depth ovens to support flexible cooking workflows. The left oven delivers 23,000 BTU/hr, while the right oven provides 35,000 BTU/hr, both with adjustable thermostats from 250°F to 500°F. Multiple rack positions and porcelain oven interiors help ensure even heat distribution and reliable baking performance throughout service.

Six-inch stainless steel adjustable legs allow for precise leveling and proper installation in a wide range of kitchen layouts.

The expansive cooktop is equipped with ten open-top burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU/hr of powerful, even heat for high-volume sautéing, boiling, and stock pot cooking. Lift-off burner heads simplify cleaning and maintenance, while the shrouded flash tube pilot ignition system—using one pilot for every two burners—improves reliability and energy efficiency. Heavy-duty cast iron grates provide a stable cooking surface and are designed for easy lift-off. The front grates measure 12" x 12-1/2" and the rear grates measure 12" x 14-1/2", offering ample space to accommodate large pans and stock pots. Built-in aeration bowls enhance burner efficiency, and cool-to-the-touch control knobs made from high-temperature materials improve operator safety during extended cooking periods.

An extra-deep pull-out crumb tray with welded corners helps contain spills and debris, making cleanup faster and more effective in fast-paced kitchens. Below the cooktop, this range features a dual-oven configuration to support multiple cooking tasks at once. The left oven is a 23,000 BTU/hr baker’s depth oven measuring 26-1/4" deep x 20-1/4" wide x 14" high, designed to hold full-size sheet pans front-to-back. The right oven delivers 35,000 BTU/hr of cooking power and measures 27" deep x 26-3/8" wide x 14" high, accommodating full-size sheet pans both front-to-back and side-to-side for greater versatility. Both ovens include porcelain oven bottoms and door panels for improved heat retention and easier cleaning.

Each oven is equipped with an adjustable thermostat ranging from 250°F to 500°F, providing precise temperature control across a wide range of baking and roasting applications. Both ovens come standard with two racks, two rack guide sets, and four rack positions, allowing operators to customize rack spacing as needed. Heavy-duty oven doors feature an integrated hinge and spring mechanism that requires no adjustment, ensuring smooth, dependable operation over time.

For operations requiring enhanced airflow and faster, more even cooking, the right oven can be configured as a convection oven in place of the standard oven. The convection oven delivers 35,000 BTU/hr and features a powerful blower motor that promotes uniform heat distribution. It measures 24" deep x 26-3/8" wide x 13-7/8" high and includes three oven racks. Full-size sheet pans fit side-to-side in the convection oven. The convection system operates on 115V single-phase power with a 4-amp blower motor and includes a 6' cord and plug; the motor requires field attachment.

Designed for natural gas operation, the Vulcan 60SS-10B features a 1" rear gas connection with a rear manifold and pressure regulator for safe and efficient installation.
