The expanded magnetic field and smarter pan detection technology allows uninterrupted heat while lifting or tilting pan to sauté or flip, and the control knob is fast and precise - a quick spin brings food to a boil or reduces it to a simmer. You can also dial in a precise temperature or power level, since you can adjust the heating in single degree increments.

Four customizable programs deliver repeatable results with the touch of a button. Each program can have up to three cooking stages that set temperature or power level along with an optional timer. This increases kitchen efficiency by reducing operator error and waste.

This unit has a 90% efficiency rating, meaning more heat is transmitted to the pan.
