The Vollrath flush-mount wrapped straw holder for 10"–12" straws installs into a counter or cabinet face with two compartments sized for longer cocktail and beverage straw formats. Overall dimensions 6-1/2"W x 13"D x 7-1/4"H with a 6-3/8" x 5-5/8" cutout — same cutout as the 8"–10" model but deeper body to accommodate longer straws.

The flush-mount straw holder for 10"–12" straws uses the same cutout dimensions as the 8"–10" model — 6-3/8" x 5-5/8" — but extends the body depth to 13"D to accommodate the longer straw format. For counter or cabinet installations where the shorter-straw model is already installed and the operation needs to switch to or add longer straws, the cutout compatibility allows a change without modification to the counter opening.
The 10"–12" length range covers the cocktail and specialty beverage straw formats used in full-service bar environments, restaurant beverage service, and café drinks where straw length relative to glass height is part of the presentation. Standard 7-8" straws don't extend above a tall glass's rim; cocktail straws at 10-12" provide the accessible straw tip height above a full tall glass that guests expect in full-service beverage environments.
Two compartments allow two straw types within the 10"–12" range — for example, standard-diameter cocktail straws in one compartment and wide-bore cocktail straws in another. This compartment flexibility makes the unit appropriate for upscale bar installations where multiple straw specifications coexist for different cocktail presentations.
The 13"D body depth requires counter or cabinet depth adequate to accommodate the unit plus the counter material thickness. The additional 5.5" of depth versus the 8"–10" model (7-1/2"D) is necessary to physically house the longer straws — 12" straws won't fit in a 7-1/2"D body without bending or protruding through the access opening. Counter installation planning must verify the available depth at the installation location before specifying this model.
