The Vollrath flush-mount napkin dispenser installs into a counter or cabinet face for a clean, space-saving napkin service solution. The spring-loaded mechanism provides continuous one-at-a-time dispensing for 5" x 6-1/2" napkins. Positive locking ensures proper loading while preventing bulk dispensing.

The Vollrath flush-mount napkin dispenser brings the same recessed, surface-preserving installation principle of the FML lid holder series to napkin service. Installed into a counter or cabinet face, the napkin dispenser body is hidden from view and its body doesn't occupy any counter working surface — only the 7-9/16"W x 5-5/16"H cutout opening and the napkin face are visible from the guest side.
For self-service stations where napkins, lids, straws, and condiments are all needed within the same guest reach zone, flush mounting each of these elements into the counter or cabinet face allows the combination to coexist without occupying any counter surface space. The counter working area is preserved for cups, food items, and the actual service transaction — the dispensing hardware lives behind the counter face.
The spring-loaded dispensing mechanism maintains consistent dispensing tension throughout the napkin supply cycle — from a full load to the last napkin before restocking. Unlike overload protection mechanisms in countertop dispensers, the spring-loaded design uses positive spring tension to consistently advance the next napkin to the dispensing position. One napkin is presented and accessible at the cutout opening at all times, and removing it advances the next napkin automatically.
Positive locking during napkin loading ensures the napkin stack is correctly seated before the dispenser is closed for use. This prevents the improper loading that causes first-use tears or jams, ensuring that a freshly stocked dispenser works correctly from the first napkin. The positive lock mechanism requires deliberate engagement — it doesn't close accidentally on a partially loaded supply.
