The Vollrath Cayenne Model SS-4 round countertop warmer is a compact single-well unit for small-volume hot food holding at counters, condiment stations, and self-serve areas. The 4-1/8 qt. inset (No. 10 can compatible) and hinged cover are included. Front dial thermostat, coated aluminum well for efficient heating, stainless steel exterior, and rear-exit power cord for placement flexibility.

The No. 10 can compatible well is a practical feature for operations that use No. 10 cans as the serving vessel — the can drops directly into the 6" deep well for warming service without requiring an additional inset. For cafeteria and institutional food service operations that receive product in No. 10 cans, the SS-4 provides a warming solution that works directly with the can format.
Front dial thermostatic control provides accessible temperature adjustment without reaching behind or around the unit. The coated aluminum well provides efficient heat transfer from the element to the water bath and from the water bath to the inset — aluminum's thermal conductivity makes it an effective well material for wet heating applications. Stainless steel exterior provides commercial-grade durability and cleanability for the exterior surfaces.
The rear-exit power cord routes the cord away from the counter front, providing more flexible placement options than a side or front cord exit.
