The Vollrath Cayenne 7 qt. Colonial Kettle warmer in black is the compact version of the Colonial Kettle merchandising system — same traditional kettle appearance, same accessory package (inset, hinged cover, soup cards, soup'r clip), at 7 qt. capacity for operations with lighter soup service volume or those running multiple single-soup kettle displays. The 15-3/4" diameter footprint is the same as the 11 qt. model.

The Vollrath Cayenne 7 qt. Colonial Kettle warmer delivers the same merchandising presentation as the 11 qt. model at the 7 qt. capacity level — the appropriate choice for lower-volume soup service points, secondary soup stations, and operations running multiple Colonial Kettle displays where two or three different soups are offered simultaneously, each in a dedicated 7 qt. kettle.
Two 7 qt. Colonial Kettles side by side cover 14 quarts of total soup capacity while providing the visual presentation of two distinct soup offerings — a more compelling merchandising display than a single larger unit. Three 7 qt. units together equal 21 quarts across three offerings, covering a complete soup program in the same counter footprint as the single 11 qt. model with two additional soup options. This multi-kettle flexibility makes the 7 qt. format practical for operations where variety across multiple soups is the program strategy.
The construction and accessories are consistent with the 11 qt. model: same black epoxy-coated cast aluminum body, same soup cards and soup'r clip merchandising hardware, same hinged lid for easy service access, and same recessed controls for protection against accidental adjustment. The 7 qt. inset holds the appropriate volume for the smaller capacity while maintaining the same kettle aesthetic.
