Rather than running a dedicated power cord from each warmer to a separate outlet — which would require multiple outlet positions along the buffet counter and create a cable management problem across the full line — the interconnect system allows up to three warmers to be daisy-chained together with the included 30" interconnect cords, with only the center unit connecting to a single power outlet. Up to five units can run on a single 15-amp circuit at maximum power, allowing a full five-position buffet line to operate from one circuit.
The 60" USB cable allows the control box to be mounted separately from the warmer drop-in location — under the counter, on a side panel, or at any position within the cable reach.
