The mid-height format is particularly effective in settings where customers approach from multiple directions and need to see across the space, or where the case is positioned in mid-floor locations rather than against walls.
Three adjustable stainless steel shelves in 1" increments allow the vertical display to be configured for the product mix on offer — from tall beverage bottles at wide spacing to compact dessert cups at tight spacing. The 1" increment adjustment granularity allows shelving to be optimized precisely for the actual product dimensions rather than approximating with coarser adjustments. As product categories rotate seasonally, the shelf configuration resets to match.
The hot gas condensate system handles condensation management without requiring a manual drain or external condensate pan — the system directs condensate to the hot gas side where it evaporates automatically. This is a practical maintenance advantage in open display cases where condensation management is a continuous operational need.
The energy-saving night curtain provides a closing barrier during non-service hours that dramatically reduces the refrigeration load when the display is not active — ambient air intrusion into an open display case is the primary source of energy load, and the night curtain closes that pathway during overnight and pre-opening periods.
