The True TRCB-52 52" two-drawer chef base refrigerator is a versatile addition to any commercial kitchen, offering both a robust work surface and reliable refrigeration. Supporting up to 717 lbs, its reinforced stainless steel top features a 'V' edge to guard against spills. The insulated top prevents heat transfer, maintaining cabinet temperatures between 33-38°F for optimal food preservation.
Each drawer, equipped with stainless steel fronts and recessed handles, accommodates two 12" x 20" x 4" hotel pans (not included). The chef base includes an easy-to-read digital thermometer and 5" casters for mobility. Engineered with high-quality materials, it uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP). The unit is built with corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back and foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation.
