Taylor Portion Control Scale
Weigh both dry and liquid ingredients with this versatile scale. The dry ingredient capacity is 10 lbs, and can be measured in 0.005 lb, 0.1 oz, and 1/8 oz increments. The liquid ingredient capactiy is 160 fluid ounces and can be measured in 0.005 fl oz or 1/8 fl oz increments.
Design to be easy to use, this scale has an extra large 1.0 LCD readout with backlight, as well as a 6.7" x 7" stainless steel platform and stainless steel, waterproof housing.
