This 26-1/2" high temperature L-tipped fryer brush is designed for cleaning the interior of commercial fryer pots between and after service. The L-tip reaches into the corners and around tube burners at the bottom of the fryer pot — areas that straight brushes cannot effectively reach — for thorough removal of carbon and food debris.
Rated for high-temperature use, the brush can be used on fryer components that are still warm without damaging the bristles. Regular cleaning of the fryer interior extends oil life, prevents carbon buildup that reduces heating efficiency, and maintains food quality in the fryer.
