This high temperature, chemical sanitizing dishwasher is rated to NSF/ANSI Standard 3 and ENERGY STAR® certified, capable of handling up to 63 racks per hour using only 0.89 gallons of water per rack. The built-in 70°F rise booster heater with Sani-Sure™ final rinse ensures proper sanitization, with an optional 40°F rise booster available at no extra cost when specified at time of order.
Designed with operator convenience in mind, the TempStar dishwasher features four selectable timed wash cycles, top-mounted controls, automatic tank fill, door-actuated start, vent fan control, delime/manual wash mode, and interchangeable stainless steel wash/rinse arms. It also includes a 1 HP self-draining stainless steel wash pump, large scrap basket, single-point utility connections, and field-convertible installation for straight-through or corner layouts. It can be configured for either straight-through or corner placement and can be converted from 3-phase to single-phase power and vice versa using optional kits.
